Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) apply when a Customer places an order in the SOLERETE online store (hereinafter – the “Store”).

  2. SOLERETE reserves the right to amend the Store Terms. The Terms valid at the moment of order placement shall apply to the Customer.

  3. Customers may not place orders unless they have reviewed the Terms. By clicking “I AGREE”, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms.

  4. SOLERETE shall not be liable for any losses arising from the Customer’s failure to review the Terms despite having the opportunity to do so.

II. Order Placement Procedure and Conditions

  1. The Customer selects desired products on the Store website, after which a shopping cart is formed.

  2. The Customer must provide all information necessary for delivery, including name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and any additional relevant details.

  3. Before confirming the order, the Customer must ensure that all provided information is accurate. The Customer may correct any errors before submitting the order and may update delivery details afterward. The order cannot be confirmed until the Customer agrees to the Terms.

  4. Once confirmed, the order is submitted to SOLERETE and is considered placed when SOLERETE receives payment confirmation from the Customer’s bank.

  5. After placing an order, the Customer automatically receives an email summarizing the ordered products and provided details.

  6. Upon receiving payment confirmation, SOLERETE sends a notification to the Customer by email. This moment marks the beginning of the contract between the Customer and SOLERETE.

  7. Orders are stored in the SOLERETE database in accordance with applicable legal requirements in the Republic of Lithuania.

  8. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and unconditionally accepted all Store Terms and related conditions.

III. Product Warranties and Pricing

  1. The main characteristics of each product are indicated in the Store.

  2. The Customer acknowledges that product color, shape, or other parameters may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings.

  3. By placing an order electronically, the Customer agrees to pay the price specified in the order.

  4. SOLERETE undertakes to supply products that meet the order specifications. If delivered products do not comply, the Customer must notify SOLERETE immediately by phone. SOLERETE will take all necessary steps to remedy defects caused by SOLERETE or its authorized partners. If defects are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the Customer may defend their rights in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

SOLERETE Commitments:

  • Deliver products of appropriate quality.

  • Provide the quantity specified in the order. SOLERETE is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect Customer data.

  • Supply products that meet the order criteria.

  • Provide all items included in a product set.

  • Package products appropriately to ensure safe use.

IV. Payment Procedure and Deadlines

  1. Customers may pay using one of the methods indicated in the Store: bank transfer, Paysera, PayPal, or cash upon delivery.

  2. If an online payment method is selected, the Customer must pay immediately. Otherwise, SOLERETE is not responsible for delivery delays, as order processing begins only after payment is received.

V. Product Returns and Exchanges

  1. Customers may exchange delivered items for similar items of different size, shape, color, model, or completeness, or return unwanted products.

  2. This right may be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Products may be exchanged or returned only if they:

    • Have not been used

    • Are not damaged

    • Have not lost their commercial appearance

The Customer must provide proof of purchase when returning goods.

  1. Exchanges or returns are processed after contacting SOLERETE and specifying the reason.

  2. If an exchange results in a price difference, the Customer must pay the difference via bank transfer.

  3. If SOLERETE does not have a suitable replacement, the purchase amount will be refunded excluding delivery costs.

  4. Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after signing the return form. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  5. Special return conditions may apply during promotions or sales.

VI. Delivery

  1. SOLERETE undertakes to deliver products within 1–5 business days after sending the order confirmation, unless the product is out of stock. Customers will be informed accordingly. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case SOLERETE will immediately coordinate with the Customer.

  2. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address.

  3. The Customer must accept the goods personally. If delivered according to provided details, the Customer cannot claim improper delivery.

  4. If delivery fails due to the Customer’s fault, the courier will arrange a new delivery time. Redelivery is attempted no more than twice. After three unsuccessful attempts, the goods are returned to SOLERETE.

  5. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the Customer must note this with the courier or complete a damage report. Failure to do so releases SOLERETE from liability for damage caused by compromised packaging.

  6. If incorrect items, sizes, or specifications are received, the Customer must inform SOLERETE immediately.

VII. Other Provisions

  1. All notifications must be sent to info@beretes.com or by phone at +370 685 28584.

  2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

  3. This right applies only if the product has not been damaged, significantly altered, or used (necessary packaging inspection is allowed).

  4. SOLERETE will take the necessary steps within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice to restore the parties to their pre-contract position.

VIII. Privacy Policy

  1. SOLERETE uses advanced technologies to protect Customers’ personal data.

  2. Customers must provide personal data necessary for delivery (name, surname, address, phone number, and other required details). This data is used solely for order processing and delivery.

  3. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except partners involved in fulfilling the order or where required by law.

  4. Customers must keep their login details secure and confirm they are of legal age when registering. SOLERETE is not responsible for consequences arising from disclosed login data.

  5. By accepting the Terms, the Customer acknowledges that cookies will be stored on their device while browsing the Store.

IX. Posting Comments

  1. SOLERETE sets and enforces all rules regarding comments in the Guest Book and product reviews. Posting a comment signifies acceptance of these rules.

  2. SOLERETE reserves the right to remove comments that violate laws, third-party rights, or Store rules.

  3. Anyone posting a comment confirms that it does not infringe on third-party rights and assumes responsibility for their content.

Return Policy

You have the right to return any SOLERETE product purchased online within 14 days from the date of receiving your order and receive a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unused and undamaged within 14 working days by mail. The refund will be transferred to your bank account.
